Almost 2,000 fish and 39 birds have been killed after a fireplace broke out at a pet store in Zirakpur on Sunday night time.
The flames at Gold Pet Store have been first seen round 2.30am by a driver, who knowledgeable the employees of a close-by lodge.
The employees sounded the store proprietor, Sandeep Kumar, who was in Dehradun. Sandeep additional alerted the hearth brigade and his cousin who rushed to the scene.
