Bird watching at the Dorothy Pecaut Nature Center

SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – The Dorothy Pecaut Nature Heart has an occasion arising on Could 8 for fowl and nature lovers.

It should be a sequence of packages with the primary being an early morning fowl hike from 6 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on the character heart’s trails.

At 10 a.m. there can be a fowl identification presentation on warblers of Iowa that goes till midday.

From 1 p.m. to three p.m. there can be a presentation on sparrows, tanagers, grosbeaks and different comparable species of Iowa.

Lastly, from 3 p.m. to six p.m. there can be one other fowl hike.

Organizers are asking these wishing to take part to register beforehand by both calling (712) 258-0838 or by emailing camps@woodburyparks.org. The entire packages are freed from cost.

There is a restrict of 20 individuals per session, and contributors are being requested to deliver a masks for the indoor classes.
